I am fortunate to have gained extensive experience in developing and staffing organizations, establishing and monitoring career path goals for employees, business planning, decision making, sales, customer service and relationship management. Further, I have had the opportunity to assist in the redesign of corporations, to travel extensively, to present to clients the development of product markets, and to administer an array of policies and programs in support of marketing and sales goals.

During a more than 30 year career in management at the Chase Manhattan Bank, Prudential Insurance Company and not for profit organizations , it has been made perfectly clear to me and reinforced over and over again that product differentiation offers only a small window of opportunity for success. The true and long lasting differences between corporations are their people and the service they provide.
